Since 1985, the Eat Well Association (non-profit organization) has been organizing educational events, offering conferences, and participating in events to promote health thru organic and vegetarian eating. |
This stay includes:
2 nights of lodging, 3 meals of healthy fine cuisine per day,
1 afternoon snack, and access to 7 daily activities, pools and hammam bath
as well as the following treatments:
• Therapeutic massage (Swedish, reflexology, drainage…)
• Aroma Detox (detoxifying and refining body treatment)
• Pressotherapy
• Le Grand Bleu (Hydrotherapy with massage)
You will have also a meet with a stay advisor in order to gather all the information
you need to start your initiation to a cure on the right foot.
*Spa Eastman’s cures are centered on a hypoallergenic and alkaline menu
comprising mainly of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, nuts and seeds, germinations, leguminous plants,
whole-wheat flours not bleached and without gluten, fish, eggs and poultries, all from biological production when possible.
*For a personalize cure, it is possible to reserve a health evaluation with our naturopath.
